Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks ahead of your desired installation date, as availability is limited during peak seasons.

Question 1

What areas do we service?

Accepted Answer

We proudly serve Miami-Dade County, including Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and surrounding areas. We are always open to considering other areas and will entertain any interest. We will let you know if we cannot!

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks ahead of your desired installation date, as availability is limited during peak seasons.

Question 3

Do you provide everything?

Accepted Answer

Our packages are designed for home owners, property managers, and businesses without seasonal decoration in place. We handle all sourcing, materials, and logistics so you don't have to.

Question 4

How do I care for the display?

Accepted Answer

We provide care and attention when creating your experience.

We'll gladly advise and work with you to remedy issues or concerns as every home has it's own sets of challenges. We certainly understand how playful kids and pets can be, too.

If things shift or something may not look as you expected when the light hits differently - we get it. We want you to feel like you made the right choice hiring us.

Question 5

Inclement Weather

Accepted Answer

Florida weather is part of doing business here, and our team has real experience navigating adverse weather events. As southerners, we possess practical experience navigating hurricane and tropical storm season. When severe weather is forecast, we take a proactive approach to advising and securing your installation ahead of time.

Due to the nature of our business, it is difficult to predict adverse weather events and we are not able to provide refunds unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Question 6

Refund Policy

Accepted Answer

Because of the seasonal nature of our products (availability of pumpkins and other costs of goods), personnel, and demand, all sales are final and non-refundable once your invoice is paid.

We take great care in selecting high-quality, locally-grown pumpkins and designing each display to meet your expectations. However, pumpkins are natural products and are affected by weather, handling, and care/cleaning products. We do not offer refunds for pumpkins that are damaged but we will work with you to recommend suggested alterations or replacements. We do offer refreshers, pending availability, which prolong the life of your display.

If you need to reschedule your installation date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request so please contact us as early as possible in the event of a conflict and we'll try to help you manage that expectation.

Question 7

Child, Pet, and Waste Safety

Accepted Answer

Children

We kindly ask that you consider any safety concerns related to children prior to scheduling an installation. It is essential to inform us of the presence of toddlers and small children, enabling us to design your space with their safety in mind. We do not allow individuals to sit on, climb, or jump off our installations. You must agree to a safety release before installation. Please note that many of our installations occur during business hours, which may limit our ability to monitor interactions with these installations.

In cases where installations may serve as backdrops for photo opportunities, we can secure (tie down) the installation with additional materials, provided we receive proper notification in advance of the installation. It is your responsibility to communicate this to our staff. Typically, we do not provide signage unless previously agreed upon, as turnaround times may be limited. Signage is permitted on our installations only after a Photo Release form has been duly signed.

Pets & Small Animals

We strongly advise against allowing pets or small animals near our displays, as they may attempt to mark or chew on the pumpkins and hay. Our observations indicate that pets frequently chew on stems and pumpkins or mark the displays when left unattended. Instead of cleaning these products, we often require replacement.

Cleaning & Treatments

Should you choose to treat your pumpkins with a matte spray or chemical detergent, it is crucial to recognize the associated safety and environmental hazards. Additionally, one must consider potential adverse effects on native vegetation and wildlife. If any installation is treated, please inform us prior to pick-up (if scheduled).

Treatment and disposal of treated organic matter necessitate a specific cleaning protocol and will pose risks to our staff, even if unintentional. An additional charge will apply for the disposal of treated products, as they cannot be (a) fed to livestock, (b) discarded in residential waste bins, or (c) disposed of in waterways.
